Prime Minister Brnabić Reinforces BIO4 Campus Partnership with BGI During Beijing Meetings

Prime Minister Ana Brnabic continued her visit to China, where she will meet with Chinese President Xi Jinping today in Beijing.
Brnabic started her working visit to Beijing with meetings with representatives of the HBIS Group, owner of Zelezara Smederevo, after which she discussed with representatives of JD.com the possibilities of promoting Serbian products and tourism potential of Serbia on the Chinese market.
The Prime Minister also visited the Institute of Genetics and Developmental Biology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
In a meeting with representatives of the genetic and bioinformatics company "BGI", which has a development center in Belgrade and 17 employed engineers, she said that she supports cooperation with that company, which is the central point of the Bio4 campus.
Brnabic also visited the Ivo Andrić Cultural Centre in Beijing, which was founded in 2018, but it officially started operating this year and is located in the art district in Beijing.
