BIO4 Campus Showcases AI Vision and Innovation Strategy at TechMomentum Forum 2025
12/06/2025

BIO4 Campus had the chance to further speak about its innovation strategy at the TechMomentum Forum 2025, held at the Science and Technology Park Niš from June 11th to 12th. With over 1,000 attendees and more than 70 sessions, the forum served as a hub for bold ideas, regional collaboration, and next-generation technology strategies. BIO4’s contributions spanned two key panels focused on building Serbia’s life sciences innovation ecosystem.
Day1:“Building the BIO4 Ecosystem” Panel
BIO4 Campus organized and hosted a panel exploring how Serbia’s scientific institutions are evolving through collaboration and digital integration. The session was moderated by Stefan Milosevic, AI & Bioinformatics Lead at BIO4 d.o.o., and featured two future BIO4 tenants: Dr. Goran Miljuš, Institute (INEP) and Dr. Branka Rakić, Institute for Artificial Intelligence in Novi Sad (IAI).
The discussion focused on the practical challenges and opportunities of aligning AI, bioinformatics, and life sciences, with Milosevic introducing the “Dry Lab Angle” - BIO4’s approach to supporting computational research across its network of tenants and partners. Panellists shared how being part of BIO4’s vision has already reshaped how their institutions think about applied science, translational research, and collaboration.

Day 2: “Building the Future: Innovation Districts as a Development Strategy” Panel
The panellists explored the strategic role of innovation districts like BIO4 Campus in driving long-term economic development, talent retention, and public-private collaboration. The panel consisted of Anja Matejić, Project Manager at BIO4 d.o.o., joined a high-level panel alongside Prof. Dr. Mihailo Jovanović, Director of the Office for IT and eGovernment and Dr. Milan Ranđelović, Director of Science and Technology Park Niš.
BIO4 Campus’s dual participation at TechMomentum 2025 reinforced its role as both an infrastructure builder and ecosystem facilitator in Serbia’s growing life sciences sector. The forum offered an ideal platform to share progress, deepen partnerships, and invite a broader community into the next chapter of BIO4.
